ABOUT US

“I am passionate in everything I am involved with. Amateur baseball, coaching, family, faith… simply put I am passionate. I care deeply about steering young athletes in a direction that I could have went in, but didn’t because of my lack of passion. I love the bonds I am blessed to create with these young men. I will give every bit of myself to a player willing to do the same.” - Zac Senf

“A good hitting instructor has the knowledge of swing mechanics and hitting as a whole. A great hitting instructor is also able to convey that knowledge in a way that it “clicks” to every hitters unique swing and feel. Senf stands out not only because he is one of the great hitting instructors, he is also invested in the growth and personal relationships of the people he works with which not only makes better baseball players, it makes better men. Not only has he helped me with swing proficiency, he has also helped me navigate thrOUGH career decisions on and off the field and for that I’m thankful!”

Zac has helped me with my swing and approach as well as bigger than baseball situations since I was 15 years old. I have grown as a player but more importantly as a man. In some of my biggest decision making with my collegiate and professional career he has been a voice of reason and hands down my biggest advocate. To this day I still train with Zac and could not be more excited for what NBT will offer the next wave of players; I can’t thank him enough!” Blake Rambusch, Seattle Mariners.

He uses the information he gained over a decade of playing experience and couples it with new technologies and analytics to create and implement hitting plans to help mold the stars of tomorrow.

Dustin currently resides in Liberty Hill, TX area with his wife Laura and their two children.

The best in the business! Dustin works very hard to help players build the best swing they can, and also keeps his drills and concepts very personal to that one player and what they need. He provides incredibly important and complex information for each player but also relays this information to the player in a fashion that they can understand. Definitely the best hitting instruction I have received!
